Triple secorange liqueur25 ml
Fresh lime juiceabout 1 lime, freshly squeezed25 ml
Fine saltfor the glass rim1 pinch
Icecubed, for shaking and serving150 g
Limefor garnish1 slice

Preparation

Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a coupe or rocks glass, then dip the rim into a shallow plate of fine salt to coat evenly.

Pour the tequila, triple sec and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
strain and serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice cubes.
