Prepare three shallow plates: mix the flour with 1 tsp paprika, garlic powder, and 0,5 tsp salt; beat the eggs on one plate; combine the panko with 1 tsp paprika, 0,5 tsp salt, and pepper.
Remove the chicken strips from the buttermilk one at a time, first dredging in the seasoned flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the panko breadcrumbs. Press the coating gently to adhere.
Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Place half of the breaded chicken strips in a single layer in the basket and spray the tops with oil. Cook for 12 minutes at 200 °C, carefully flipping after 6 minutes.
Remove the first batch and cook the second batch the same way at 200 °C for 12 minutes, flipping after 6 minutes.
Let the chicken tenders rest for 2 minutes and serve hot.
